First incident I had, when I received the drone, the gimbal was not working, wouldn't move or anything, just hung there. No problem, I let Traxxas know and they sent me a new one. Took a while, but I got it.
Then, not much later, the drone flew off on me. I was doing my circles around the field and next thing I knew, it stopped moving, tilted to one side and just took off over the horizon. Somehow I got lucky and found it right side up in a guys field. Took an hour of searching...
Again, let Traxxas know and sent it in. At this point it was still under warranty. They sent it back a month later and say they replaced the GPS card because it was faulty.
Well, then I let it sit for a few months, I kinda started getting scared to fly it all.
I decided to get it back out a few months ago and it would not engage, just kept beeping weird patterns at me. So, I let Traxxas know again and they sent back a list of things to try. Most things I had already tried, but I did go ahead and try flashing the bios. After this was completed the drone would never get solid green lights and I can not connect to it with bluetooth.
I babied the crap out of this thing, mostly because I was new to the whole thing (flying drones) and I never got a chance to get acclimated since it was always messing up on me!
If I was you, don't buy this piece of crap. Get something else, not worth it.
