Hi, I just wanted to take this time and sing the praises of your staff, especially Jason. I am new to the hobby of RC Helicopters and needed a lot of help getting started. I just have to say, that your staff is outstanding. Always courteous, very helpful, informative and above all very patient. I have called close to a half dozen time with inquires about many things since I am new to this field. Not only have I been met with a pleasant, knowledgable staff in Jason, but he has been very very very patient and has taken time to answer all my questions and give me what I felt were honest answers to every single questions I had for him. As I take on this challenge of learning to fly RC helicopters its good to know that there is someone just a phone call away that not only has the time but the patience to answer all my questions as best he can. You have truly gain a customer for life. Once I learn how to fly and my friends see how cool and fun this hobby can be, I will be referring them to HELIPROZ!

Thanks for your time and efforts. You have gained a new customer! and I will be recommending you to everyone I fly with. I don't think I told you, but I am pretty firm in supporting the local hobby shop. Of the two shops in my area that carry Heli stock, I wouldn't buy a rubber band from either of them. They are rude and do not care about the hobby. Their attitude is, you, the customer, needs me, I dont need you.
This just isn't the case with Heliproz. I am very pleased with your service and product. I hope to be in the air next week sometime, thanks to your service.

I don't mean to clutter your e-mail with customer service mail, but I have to compliment your crew on the service I've gotten on both orders I've made. You are winning yourselves a loyal customer. I am one of those flyers that generally trys to avoid mail ordering. My father owned a hobby shop back in the early 90's and I do my best to support local guys. So for a guy like myself to be so happy with your service is saying something.

I was VERY pleasently surprised with the quality of your Mavrikk raptor 30/50 metal head center section. It blows the Quick stuff out of the water.

On my first order there was a price difference on the REV-MAX from your ad price. I was upset, but I signed on to your web-site and found that it was the up to date price. I realize that the ads are submitted to the magazines months in advance, so I didn't make an issue of it.

Keep up the good work and thanks for getting my package out to me so quickly. If it didn't get here friday I wouldn't have had a transmitter to fly with this weekend. (Sold the old one)

You guys are really the best. Today I received my EVO 50. What can I say every time I deal with Heliproz it gets better and better. I rather deal with you guys then my local hobby shops. My only complaint about you is that your not here in Florida. Thanks for the great Service.

I would like to take a moment to tell you what an excellent shopping experience I had with one of your sales associates. I placed a large order 2 weeks ago with Larry and was very pleased with his expertise, patience and guidance while making the purchase. I am brand new to this hobby and called around and spoke with many different companies and sales associates. Each and every one was barley tolerable of my lack of knowledge on the hobby and seemed more interested in getting me off the phone then assisting me with a purchase. Larry was the exact opposite. Larry took the time to explain my options, inform me of better choices, and explained why they were better choices for me. Larry also helped quickly resolve a shipping issue.
