Included in every order is our heart and soul dedicated to this hobby. We are here to help out in any way that we can with the hobby as it is something that is near and dear to us. Between Larry, Rick, Brian and Todd our technical staff has over 70 years of RC experience and 25 years of strictly RC Heli experience (I am not allowed to release who has the most years for fear of age exposure…). Our shipping staff is amazing, not to say that mistakes don’t happen, but they beat themselves up (even more than I do) any time something goes wrong and do everything they can to make sure it never happens again. We want you to love this hobby and we put everything we have into making sure we do our part to make it easy for you to enjoy!
